What is it?
Typically weekly or biweekly 60 to 90 minute virtual sessions (frequency of sessions vary based on each clients’ needs)
Topics vary based on organizational stage and your specific needs
Examples of frequent topics include assistance in thinking through how to approach or analyze key business or team challenges, building financial literacy, assistance on corporate planning, etc.
When is it most valuable?
Coaching is often most valuable when you are in a stage of growth or planning and would benefit from an additional perspective, an accountability or thought partner, or guidance on how best to approach specific challenges or questions
How is it different from consulting?
In coaching sessions, the client is the key driver of the work and any content creation – we provide support and an outside-in perspective
The key work is conducted by the client in between sessions or together, during the session – compared to a consulting engagement, ICC is not conducting additional work or analysis outside of the joint sessions
